The Legal Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day activities and projects of the Vendor Contracts, Employment and Litigation teams within the Legal Department, with focus on optimizing the performance of data entry into, matter and data management within, and running reports from Legal Department technology platforms. The Analyst will gather data and files to support hotline investigations, responses to requests for information and other matters. This person will identify and implement improvement opportunities in the department’s processes and technology platforms, document standard operating procedures, and generally support staff-attorney needs. This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and may work a hybrid schedule (minimum of three days/week onsite).
