About The Position

As a Law360 Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with large-market customers to help them understand, adopt, and gain maximum value from Law360 solutions. This role combines consultative engagement, education, and partnership with sales teams to support customer success, retention, and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to customer needs and business outcomes. Requirements

  • Have a Juris Doctorate Degree
  • Experience delivering consultative presentations, training, or customer education in a professional or business environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at multiple organizational levels
  • Legal research experience or demonstrated expertise working with legal information and analysis tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as part of customer and event engagement

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative services to large market Law360 customers to maximize understanding and use of Law360 products, content, and tools
  • Build strong relationships with legal, compliance, and tax professionals to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations that clearly communicate value, differentiation, and use cases
  • Collaborate with sales partners to drive preference, support strategic account plans, and identify growth opportunities
  • Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and product specialists
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource through deep product, content, and practice area knowledge
  • Conduct competitive research, analyze findings, and share insights with product, segment, and marketing teams
  • Present at legal associations and professional trade shows to promote LexisNexis solutions and content
