Zeeco is actively hiring a Legal Intern for the Corporate Counsel team! This will be for the Summer 2027 internship period.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a JD or equivalent law degree.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or legal experience.
• Familiarity with contract law, intellectual property, or privacy law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and writing, preparation of correspondence, and support on a range of legal issues.
• Work with members of the Legal Department on a variety of research projects, which may include sales contracts, intellectual property, privacy, human resources, and litigation
• Provide internal support to the various business units, support complex negotiations with vendors and customers, and will work closely with our business partners to further Zeeco’s business interests.
• Under the supervision of a Zeeco attorney, the intern will gain experience in various practice areas within the group.
