About The Position

Capital Vacations' Legal Team is looking to hire a motivated summer intern to assist the In-House Counsel Department on various legal matters. As a Legal Intern, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for providing guidance to multiple departments within the company on legal matters and issues. You will assist with: legal research, drafting legal memos, compliance and licensing matters and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, History, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional appearance with a competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Must live in or have secured housing in Myrtle Beach, SC
• Available to work full-time, five days per week, for a 12-week internship period, starting in May 2026

Responsibilities

• Participate in research assignments
• Assist in responding to consumer complaints and assisting with other compliance matters
• Work closely with In-House Attorneys in providing assistance across the company
• Maintain professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail throughout your internship
• Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
