About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to gain professional experience within our Corporate Legal team. Interns will be expected to perform duties based on their level of curriculum completion.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Juris Doctor or LL.M. degree
  • Excellent reading, verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Experience with group work environments
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the essential principles of contract law, intellectual property, or other areas of interest.
  • Analyze & negotiate confidentiality agreements and other basic agreements.
  • Assist in the process of patent and/or trademark prosecution.
  • Legal research.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position.
