Requirements
- Strong interest in patents and intellectual property law
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude, including dependability and timeliness
- Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
- Experience with online research tools, as well as Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Bloomberg
- Working towards a graduate law degree (JD or LLM) at an accredited law school with a strong academic record; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply.
- Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between September 2026- December 2026.

Responsibilities
- legal research on licensing and patent infringement/enforcement issues
- analyses of the patent litigation landscape and litigation prep
- assisting with license compliance matters
- assisting business in understanding contractual requirements and applicable legal landscape
- developing and implementing improved policies and processes for the legal department
