Requirements

Prior experience in a legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with legal case management software is a plus
Empathetic, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather case information and assess eligibility
Accurately enter and maintain client data in case management software
Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person to explain the firm's services
Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case onboarding
Follow up with potential clients and track lead conversion through the intake pipeline
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
Meet intake goals and metrics while delivering exceptional client service
