About The Position

Gamez Law Firm, a successful personal injury law firm has an opportunity for a Bilingual Intake Specialist. We are looking for a highly detailed oriented and organized personality that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

• Spanish Bilingual - fluent
• Ability to be personable and connect with future clients
• Effective communication and written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet, Google, etc.
• Basic knowledge of legal terminology, intake processes and best practices.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years’ experience performing intakes for a personal injury law firm preferred
• Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective clients in-person, by phone and email
• Provide consistent, unparalleled customer service
• Conduct basic research to investigate clients’ claims have merit
• Complete intake process with potential clients in person and/or via phone/video
• Perform follow-up calls/emails/texts to potential clients
• Prepare and send accurate and complete intake paperwork to an attorney for review
• Relay decision to decline potential clients if case has been rejected by Intake Specialist or Attorney
• Maintain meticulous records in firm software program
• Perform administrative or other duties in-office as assigned
