Earthjustice is the nation's leading environmental law organization, dedicated to protecting people's health, preserving natural places, advancing clean energy, and combating climate change through the power of law and partnership. Driven by core values of justice, inclusion, partnership, and excellence, Earthjustice seeks diverse perspectives to achieve its mission. The Northeast Regional Office is accepting applications for two part-time legal externs for spring 2027. These externs will support the office's work in protecting public health, the climate, and the environment in the Northeast, focusing on a just transition to clean energy and advocating for communities disproportionately affected by environmental harms. The externship offers an opportunity to learn substantive environmental law and develop legal research and writing skills.
