About The Position
This role is for a UK-based Legal Expert to assist a leading foundational model AI lab with a research project. The expert will help create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios related to private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring. The work involves contributing to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
Requirements
- UK-based Legal Expert
- Experience in roles such as Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
- Strong PE or cross-border M&A experience from US firms with a UK presence.
- Understanding of how international finance deals operate.
- Available to work 40 hours/week.
Nice To Haves
- Experience from Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, and White & Case.
- US bar qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
