The Legal Executive Assistant (LEA) is a trusted business partner to a corporate attorney, managing the day-to-day operations of the practice so the attorney can focus on clients and business development. You'll be the connective tissue of the practice, surfacing critical information, keeping meetings and materials sharp and accurate, and anticipating what's needed before it's asked. Beyond administrative skill, this role calls for real fluency in how a legal practice runs: its procedures, terminology, documents, and business context. You'll also work closely with, and mentor, the Legal Administrative Assistants (LAAs) and Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) who round out the attorney's team, representing the firm professionally at every turn.
