The Legal Engineering (LE) team is central to Legora's success, responsible for running pilots, leading rollouts, driving product feedback, and providing deep legal subject-matter expertise to clients. As the North America team scales, there is a need for a Legal Engineering Operations Associate to support the LE organization's data and operations. This role will build reporting, run trackers, and support strategic operations projects. It is a high-trust role for someone early in their career seeking significant ownership quickly. The position reports to the Global LE Operations Lead and will work closely with the Head of Legal Engineering (North America) as the primary regional stakeholder. The role is preferably based in New York.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business operations, preferably in high-growth tech or professional services.
Strong data skills: ability to pull, clean, structure, and present numbers clearly.
Fluency in spreadsheets.
Excellent organizational instincts.
Clear and concise communication skills.
A bias toward action and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities

Own the data and reporting for the LE function, including building and maintaining reports on Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, and Usage Rate.
Transform raw data into clean dashboards and actionable reporting for leadership.
Contribute to defining measurement strategies as the team scales.
Assist in building tools to enhance LE efficiency, including automating manual tasks like performance review workflows and pilot/rollout trackers.
Support high-impact strategic initiatives across the LE organization, such as org design, headcount planning, program launches, and cross-functional projects.
Manage the operational rhythm of the NA team, including running weekly updates, preparing for monthly performance reviews, and maintaining planning cadences.
Ensure timely and accurate information flow to relevant stakeholders.
Support LE program development for pilots and rollouts, ensuring systems are in place for best-in-class, repeatable client service.
Coordinate the LE hiring pipeline, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate trackers.
Manage onboarding logistics to ensure new hires ramp up quickly.
