About The Position

Juro is seeking a Legal Engineer to help the world agree faster by making legal contracts frictionless, collaborative, and accessible. The company's intelligent contract automation platform is rebuilding contracts around a browser-native experience, augmenting workflows with powerful AI, and enabling all teams to conduct contracting jobs faster than ever before. This role is crucial in capturing the opportunity in the rising legal tech market, where an estimated 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI.

Requirements

Located in Massachusetts.
Long-term working rights in the US.
Experience autonomously onboarding multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform.
Experience working to and consistently delivering on team targets.
Proactive in learning new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then applying them to work with customers.
Legal-curious, i.e. interested in how contracts and law intersect with tech.

Nice To Haves

Worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
Worked with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API.

Responsibilities

Autonomously onboard multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform.
Work to and consistently deliver on team targets.
Proactively learn new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then apply them to work with customers.
Presenting live kick-off, training sessions and webinars solo.
Running 25-plus parallel onboardings.
Figuring out new software, integrations and troubleshooting workflows.
Hands-on technical work.
