About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Administrator to join our in-house Legal & Compliance Department and provide day-to-day support to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. Our Company operates nationally in the event security industry, providing security services for large-scale events, entertainment and venues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal, litigation, insurance, or compliance background who wants to work directly within a corporate legal department and gain broad exposure to real-world legal and business matters.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal administrator, litigation assistant, insurance professional, or similar role.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Litigation or claims experience.
  • Insurance industry or insurance administration experience.
  • Experience in an in-house legal department; bilingual.
  • Paralegal or legal education/background.
  • Experience in security, events, entertainment, hospitality, or a related industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, records, contracts, claims, and other legal information.
  • Assist with tracking legal matters, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up items.
  • Support the Legal Department with pending and threatened litigation and claims.
  • Gather documents and information requested by the Legal Department and outside counsel.
  • Maintain insurance policies, certificates, endorsements, and related records.
  • Assist with obtaining certificates of insurance and other insurance information for clients, vendors, venues, and business partners.
  • Communicate with insurance brokers, vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding insurance documentation.
  • Assist with compliance projects and other legal department initiatives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
