Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing litigation materials; litigation management; processing correspondence, and various clerical duties, including filing/copying/court package assembly. Disassembles hard copy records to prepare records as well as document repair when needed. Responsible for sorting, scanning and filing correspondence/mail. Prints, collates and mails packages to attorneys, courts, and vendors in various states. Performs quality check to ensure accuracy before mailing. Performs high speed scanning of documents to convert to electronic files. Runs high volume machines and performs binding and finishing work. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility. Maintains knowledge of current department policies and procedures and apply as necessary in appropriate circumstances. Updates department manager and team members about any recent changes. Manages incoming correspondence between the legal team, clients, courts and third parties.
