About The Position

This temporary position involves following up on invoices and records for claims, managing incoming emails with medical records and invoices, and uploading or forwarding these documents to IR or claims examiners. The role also includes processing AZS, opening legal files, assisting with obtaining extensions to serve answers, and generally providing support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on the invoice and records needed for the claims
  • Deal with incoming emails with medical records and invoices
  • Upload medical records and invoices to IR
  • Email medical records and invoices to the claims examiner
  • Drop off medical records and invoices for scanning to claims
  • Process AZS
  • Open legal files
  • Help with obtaining the extension to serve answers
  • Provide support wherever needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office
