About The Position

Provide a wide range of complex administrative tasks to the Legal Department, working both remotely and on-site based on Department needs. Responsibilities include organizing, prioritizing and coordinating a high volume of work, including confidential information. Duties include: scheduling meetings; creating and maintaining the attorney "on-call" calendar; creating and maintaining administrative meeting agendas; registering attorneys for conferences and professional organizations; arranging travel; ordering supplies and equipment; creating IT/facilities service tickets; creating, typing, editing, and proofreading various Department documents; filing documents; preparing and entering expense reports; and managing workload required to complete projects. Provide backup coverage for essential and time-sensitive duties of other Department staff. Openness and curiosity to learning new software tools and solutions to efficiently support department.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of related experience in the areas of customer service in a professional office setting
  • Minimum three years of administrative work supporting organizational leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Legal office experience
  • Project management assistance experience
  • NetDocs and/or MediTract (or equivalent knowledge management or contract management software) experience
