About The Position
A growing and dynamic team of a multi-state law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to assist with the pre-judgment phase of the foreclosure process. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of foreclosure processes and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience as a paralegal
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of foreclosure procedures and relevant state laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare/draft legal documents.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate/communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist attorneys with court appearances.
- Maintain and update case management systems.
