Requirements

  • Florida based law firm.
  • Practice areas include Debt Relief, Consumer Protection, Guardianship, and Probate and Estate Litigation.
  • Legal training, background, or previous legal experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly tech savvy and comfortable working with AI tools
  • Strong legal knowledge or prior legal experience
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to summarize information clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Common sense and sound judgment
  • Ability to identify and escalate urgent matters
  • Professionalism and empathy when communicating with clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • English, Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Case Manager for assigned matters
  • Monitor automated workflows and ensure processes remain on track
  • Maintain accurate case information and documentation
  • Coordinate communications with clients, negotiators, and third parties
  • Utilize AI tools to support daily legal operations
  • Manage calendars and important deadlines
  • Maintain an inventory of filed documents and case activity
  • Manage and organize incoming emails
  • Triage emails and prioritize action items
  • Return client phone calls and provide case updates
  • Identify and flag urgent legal matters
  • Respond to negotiators, vendors, and opposing counsel
