Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Legal Assistant to work in the Toronto Office. The primary responsibilities of the position are outlined below: You will be focusing on: Prepare, format, revise, proofread, serve and file court documents in accordance with the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure. Prepare and submit expense reports, docket entries, and accounts. Manage and coordinate client meetings, conference calls, hearings, arbitrations, etc. Maintain lawyers’ calendar, including coordinating travel arrangements and tracking deadlines. Provide general administrative assistance, such as responding to client inquiries, receiving incoming mail and maintaining client file lists. Draft and revise correspondence for review. Maintain electronic and physical files, including opening and closing files and keeping files up to date. Perform related duties as assigned and assist others as required.
