About The Position
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant in our Anchorage, AK office. This is a full-time, in-office position. The base schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Interested applicants are required to submit a completed employment application and resume.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of civil litigation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior law firm experience-preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
- Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Process daily mail, download files from TrueFile, scan, and upload to JST, action code, skip tracing, and printing and mailing documents to parties.
