Requirements

• You stay calm and locked in when the stakes climb and the clock shrinks
• You can lift and carry 35 to 50 pounds of binders and equipment without flinching
• You bring courtroom or litigation support experience to the table
• You communicate clearly, move with the team, and never make the win about you
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent legal or technical experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous follow-up
• Professionalism and a clear commitment to excellence

• Familiarity with Trial Director, Sanction, or Exhibit View puts you ahead

Responsibilities

• Run trial prep from the inside out, organizing exhibits, documents, and courtroom logistics so nothing slips
• Operate and troubleshoot trial tech on the fly, including computers, monitors, projectors, and AV gear
• Present video depositions, electronic exhibits, and multimedia during proceedings without missing a beat
• Build exhibit binders, demonstratives, and visual aids that help attorneys tell a clean, compelling story
• Coordinate with witnesses and experts so the tech is ready before they are
• File and serve pleadings during trial when speed matters
• Solve problems in real time when something goes sideways in court
• Track and manage every trial tool and material from intake through verdict
