GLP Attorneys is seeking a Legal Assistant or Experienced Legal Assistant to join our Silverdale team. This is a full-time position with regular working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is initially based in the office during training, with the possibility of hybrid flexibility after training is successfully completed, depending on business needs and the requirements of the role. Travel between our Tacoma and Silverdale offices may also be required up to 10% of the time. In this role, you will support clients and legal teams throughout the life of a case. Responsibilities include opening new client files; communicating with clients, medical providers, insurers, and other involved parties; responding to client questions; conducting client reviews; preparing correspondence; maintaining accurate case records; assisting with PIP claims; coordinating medical bill payments; and verifying account balances. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Your work will directly support the exceptional service and meaningful results GLP Attorneys delivers to its clients.
