Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, or a related legal specialty.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with top-tier organizational habits.
• The ability to seamlessly juggle multiple priorities and execute under tight deadlines.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal case management platforms.

Nice To Haves

• A paralegal certification or Associate Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review judgment motions, proposed orders, and supporting legal documentation.
• Keep case updates, filing information, and hearing outcomes accurate and current within our case management systems.
• Monitor active portfolios to ensure strict court requirements, deadlines, and client expectations are consistently met.
• Maintain open, responsive communication with clients and internal team members regarding case progress and inquiries.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and escalate issues that could disrupt file progression.
• Maintain high standards of productivity and quality while balancing a robust caseload.
• Ensure complete adherence to governing laws, local court rules, client directives, and firm policies.
