Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of hands-on experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, or a related legal specialty.
Exceptional attention to detail paired with top-tier organizational habits.
The ability to seamlessly juggle multiple priorities and execute under tight deadlines.
Polished written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal case management platforms.

Nice To Haves

Paralegal certification or Associate Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Draft and review judgment motions, proposed orders, and supporting legal documentation.
Keep case updates, filing information, and hearing outcomes accurate and current within our case management systems.
Monitor active portfolios to ensure strict court requirements, deadlines, and client expectations are consistently met.
Maintain open, responsive communication with clients and internal team members regarding case progress and inquiries.
Identify potential roadblocks early and escalate issues that could disrupt file progression.
Maintain high standards of productivity and quality while balancing a robust caseload.
Ensure complete adherence to governing laws, local court rules, client directives, and firm policies.
