This position completes various administrative tasks associated with the preparation of case files for the child in need of care (CINC) docket. Responsibilities include verifying CINC docket cases by viewing and printing Outlook calendars and docket reports, and researching discrepancies to determine an accurate list of docket cases. The role also manages hearing exhibits by reviewing emails and Full Court records, printing exhibits, submitting them through the DC18 Esocial portal, creating and revising exhibit lists, and identifying missing exhibits to contact the appropriate agency. Additionally, the position prepares file folders for hearings by locating necessary folders, organizing files for each attorney, arranging documents within files according to established procedures, and distributing files to the appropriate attorney.
