About the Role: We are seeking a Legal Applications Senior Lead – CLM & Legal Technology who will be a senior individual contributor and business-facing technology leader focused on serving as the primary Enterprise Applications technology partner for the Legal organization. You will own the ongoing strategy, evolution, and business value of the Legal technology portfolio.This is a senior individual contributor and business-facing technology leadership role focused on serving as the primary Enterprise Applications technology partner for the Legal organization. Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Applications, Legal technology, Legal Operations technology, CLM, business applications, or product management.
  • Strong experience with Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platform (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong business-analysis and product-management skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS applications after implementation.
  • Business Partnership — Builds credibility with Legal leadership as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Show-Me Mindset — Uses demonstrations, prototypes, and working examples to move conversations forward.
  • Product Thinking — Treats Legal applications as continuously evolving products.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow, particularly enterprise workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other enterprise ERP/procurement platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled Legal technology and workflow automation.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences (regulated environments).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition, stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
  • Drive optimization of contract intake, authoring, review, negotiation, approval, execution, and obligation management workflows.
  • Maintain product backlog and roadmap based on business value and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary Enterprise Applications partner for Legal leadership and Legal Operations.
  • Develop deep understanding of Legal's processes, priorities, pain points, and operational goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and automate work.
  • Explore contract analysis, patent research, privacy automation, regulatory monitoring, and drafting assistance.
  • Translate business challenges into technology solutions through prototypes and demonstrations.
  • Represent Legal requirements within Guide Path (ServiceNow-based enterprise workflow platform).
  • Ensure cohesive experience across Agiloft, Oracle ERP/procurement, and connected systems.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture on integration patterns and data flows.
  • Drive AI-powered capabilities across all Legal practice areas (Contracting, IP, Privacy, SEC compliance).
  • Ensure AI implementation aligns with enterprise governance and Legal operational standards.
