In this role, you will be responsible for executing compliant disposition processing, auditing critical metadata, and maintaining the absolute data integrity of both digital and physical legal records. Requirements

2 + years of experience in records management, information governance, or a specialized data analyst role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, auditing, and managing large datasets of metadata.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proven skill in managing the end-to-end records lifecycle, including physical inventory handling (locating, lifting, and reviewing files/boxes).

Responsibilities

Review and analyze record profiles within to audit, validate, and update retention metadata, cross-referencing digital data integrity against physical inventory to ensure flawless record-keeping.
Provide polished, high-touch support to internal stakeholders, partners, attorneys, and external clients, indexing and preparing highly confidential files for secure, off-site vault storage.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal retention policies, and defensible destruction regulations while executing the end-to-end file and record lifecycle.
