Requirements

Current 2L or 3L at a top-tier US law school with strong academic standing.
Understanding of what constitutes 'good research' in practice, including finding the right sources.
Detail-oriented and driven, with a high standard for quality output.
Ability to provide human-verified sources (case law, statutes, regulations) for real legal prompts.
Must provide own equipment and workspace.
Responsible for all self-employment taxes, insurances, and professional expenses.

Responsibilities

Construct realistic research cases, pairing well-formed legal questions with the sources a top attorney would retrieve to answer them.
Cover federal and state statutory and case law to ensure the dataset is representative.
Utilize existing knowledge of practice areas such as corporate, litigation, tax, and constitutional law.
