About The Position

FamFluence Talent Management is a premier creator management agency built for the family and lifestyle creator economy. We represent a curated roster of top-performing mom, dad, and family creators across North America and help turn their influence into long-term, meaningful careers. We specialize in securing brand partnerships, licensing deals, media campaigns, and speaking engagements for our creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. We’re looking for a full-time Legal Affairs candidate to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. Think of yourself as the detail-keeper behind the deals. You’ll work closely with our Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners to review and manage influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships - making sure contracts are accurate, organized, compliant, and protecting the interests of both our creators and our company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration or a related field.
Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
Draft and modify contract templates.
Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.
