About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Administrative Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support for legal correspondence, contract documentation, and compliance‑related projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working closely with legal professionals and senior leadership in a fast‑paced corporate setting. In this position, you will use proprietary systems to maintain and update legal documents and client communications—playing a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of legal processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a legal administrative, legal assistant, or administrative coordinator role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Solid research skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information discreetly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with legal documents, contracts, or compliance materials
  • Background in clerical tasks, document scanning, and records management
  • Exposure to cross‑functional teams such as Legal, HR, Documentation, Marketing, or Titling
  • Comfort operating in a structured, process‑driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Update, review, and maintain legal correspondence and contract documentation within a proprietary system
  • Perform precise, high‑quality data entry with exceptional attention to detail
  • Assist with deficiency letters and conduct research to support legal requirements
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, legal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Manage and respond to legal and project‑related emails
  • Adapt quickly to shifting deadlines and priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional departments, including Legal
