About The Position

Robson Forensic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their elite Business Staff in their Lancaster, PA office. This full-time, in-office position requires a proven track record of supporting busy teams, proficiency in a ticketing/case management system, and the ability to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced environment. Individuals with a paralegal background are encouraged to apply. The role involves performing conflict checks, data entry, proofreading and formatting documents, organizing and filing case materials, managing requests through a ticketing system, answering phones, handling sensitive information with discretion, and performing other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of administrative experience; law office experience is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with a ticketing/case management system (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, account/client/project management system, etc.).
  • Meticulous attention to detail; accomplish tasks quickly with high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional data entry, organizational, and file management skills.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills; ability to draft accurate documents.
  • Strong research skills; quickly locate and compile relevant information.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must have a clean background screen.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.
