Polsinelli seeks a candidate to immediately fill an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) in their St. Louis Office supporting attorneys in our Real Estate and Financial Services Department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a law firm setting.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be comfortable acting as an assistant dealing with confidential matters
  • Excellent computer skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, iManage, Carpe Diem, Elite, PowerPoint, and Internet searches
  • Superior typing and word processing skills
  • Have strong organizational skills and be a team player
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills
  • Top-level customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
  • Completing expense reports and budgeting
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • A broad variety of administrative tasks
