About The Position

The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support with a focus on organizing legal files, assisting with document preparation, project management, deadline monitoring, and supporting day-to-day operations. Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal or legal administrative environment
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and DocuSign
  • Familiarity with legal documentation, processes, and office procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and adaptable while managing multiple priorities, ambiguity, and a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review information, identify issues, and support sound decision-making
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal administrative support, including attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes, responding to correspondence, supporting business transactions and tracking contracts and renewals
  • Assist with the maintenance of corporate minute books and annual filings
  • Assist and support legal matters involving affiliated companies
  • Support legal team with research and information gathering
  • Manage professional communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the legal department
  • Other duties as assigned
