About The Position

Kiawah Island Real Estate is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the Legal Department for our Real Estate Sales Offices on Kiawah Island. This position will report directly to the Legal Administrator in the Legal Department and involves significant data entry and records management responsibilities, including maintaining and updating an extensive real estate database, entering and verifying transaction information, processing legal and real estate documents, conducting deed searches, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy of large volumes of property and contract data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of strong administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Ability to work with all levels of management across the company
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
