About The Position

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Legacy Transducer Technician - c to join our team in Bethel, CT! This is a 1st shift position with core hours of 7 am - 3:30 pm. The hourly range for this position is $22-$27 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a in a manufacturing environment required.
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

  • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Word)

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, calibrate and thermally compensate an electro/mechanical device
  • Perform final acceptance testing (ATP) on electro/mechanical pressure sensors by loading and unloading test stands, and recording values
  • Maintain quality records.
  • Follow customer and supplier requirements (blueprints, work instructions, etc.)
  • Assemble, setup and maintain tooling used to build product.
