About The Position

This role involves setting up breast/leg processors, changing blades as needed, and making necessary adjustments to ensure all machines are operational and making the correct cuts. The attendant is also responsible for record-keeping on blades and tools, following BRC procedures. This is a night shift position with differential pay for evening and late-night hours.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8+ hrs) on a concrete floor
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Requires basic math skills
• Able to work safely around sharp blades
• Capable of using mechanical type tools (i.e., different sets of wrenches)

Responsibilities

• Set up breast/leg processors
• Change blades as needed
• Make necessary adjustments to machines
• Ensure all machines are operational and making the necessary cuts
• Record keeping on blades/tools following BRC procedures
