About The Position

The Department of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) invites applications for a Full Time Lecturer position to begin August 2026. The department seeks an energetic and innovative educator qualified to teach NASPAA and AACSB accredited courses in both upper division undergraduate and Master’s level public administration. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching and public service practitioner experience. CSUSB is a designated Hispanic Serving Institution with a diverse student population and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requirements

  • A terminal degree in Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field by time of appointment.
  • Commitment to excellence in teaching.

Responsibilities

  • Salary is commensurate with experience.
  • Lecturer A (Range 2) - $5,507 – $6,677
  • Lecturer B (Range 3) - $6,221 – $13,224
  • Lecturer C (Range 4) - $6,825 – $14,523
  • Lecturer D (Range 5) - $8,593 – $15,211
