The IU Columbus School of Nursing in the Division of Behavioral, Health, and Life Sciences invites applications for a full-time, open-rank Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Teaching Professor in Nursing. This is a 10-month, non-tenure track faculty appointment with an anticipated start date of January 2027.

Requirements

• Area of graduate preparation and/or professional experience in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Teaching clinical and/or didactic courses in the undergraduate program and other courses as appropriate.
• Teaching nursing students in accordance with area of graduate preparation and/or professional experience.
• Evaluating students in accordance with the course competencies and requirements.
• Assuming Course Leader responsibilities as needed.
• Participating in university and/or community service in support of teaching.
• Mentoring new faculty members as needed.
• Participating in professional development.
