The Department of Counselor Education and School Psychology in UCF’s College of Community Innovation and Education is seeking two 9-month, non-tenure-earning lecturers in its Counselor Education Program, anticipated to begin in Fall 2027. The positions are located on the Orlando campus; summer teaching may be available. Lecturers contribute to the program’s mission by teaching graduate-level courses, advising students, and supervising practicum and internship students. The program offers master’s, educational specialist, and doctoral degrees, and several programs are CACREP-accredited. Applicants must submit an online application, curriculum vitae, and letter of interest describing their qualifications, such as research agenda and teaching experience or interests. The selected candidate must provide official transcripts and, where applicable, U.S. degree equivalency evaluations. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; H-1B sponsorship, transfers, and employment-based visa processing for those sponsored by another employer are not available. UCF expects employees to reside in Florida when employment begins unless the posting explicitly states otherwise.
