This is a hands-on role that balances high-level subject matter expertise with daily administrative execution. You will manage individual role accommodations and facilitate return-to-work arrangements under various federal, state, and local laws. As a subject matter expert, you will ensure seamless and compliant management of both leave and associated benefit plans, providing optimum customer service to employees and stakeholders while executing high-level policy, regulatory protocols, and essential day-to-day administrative workflows.
