Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five (5) years of related experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of state and local laws.
- Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed.
- If using a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance are required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience serving workforce members from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who speak limited or no English is preferred.
- Fluency in one or more API languages is also valued.
Responsibilities
- Administering employee leave of absence programs and workplace accommodations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and applicable state leave laws).
- Serve as a key resource to employees, managers, and HR partners by providing guidance, ensuring consistent application of policies, and delivering a supportive employee experience.
