About The Position

Oversees and assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Absence Management Programs. Provides case management, develops educational materials and procedures for long- and short-term employee placement, and promotes quality, cost-effective outcomes. Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Disability Intervention Program. Provides guidance to other professionals in facilitating Absence Management processes and works to facilitate and monitor successful return to work for team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience working directly in leave administration.
• Experience working with FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADAAA laws, LTD, STD, and COBRA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare industry experience.
• CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Management) certification.
• CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist) certification.
