This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) in the office and is based in Overland Park, KS Job Overview The Leave of Absence Manager is responsible for managing the LOA Partner Team, that supports the employee and manager experience associated with leave of absence (LOA) and T-Mobile Paid Leave programs to ensure they are operating effectively providing top-quality support to our employees and managers. This role serves as the company’s subject matter expert (SME). In addition, the position ensures governance and compliance with all leave activity at the federal, state and local levels. This position regularly interprets and provides direction for the LOA Partners who partner with employees and coaches/managers across the enterprise on leave and pay related matters. This requires a working knowledge of all areas of TMUS business and the ability to provide solutions to the business regarding the specific LOA processes for those areas. As the leader of this function, The Manager, LOA is responsible for the coaching and development of internal LOA Partner staff members, as well as indirect reports, providing regular and timely feedback and training.
