The Leave of Absence (LOA) Administrator manages and coordinates employee leave programs across a multi-state organization of approximately 2,000 employees operating in 17 states. This role administers federal, state, and company leave programs, including FMLA, ADA-related leave accommodations, paid family and medical leave (PFML), state-mandated leave programs, workers' compensation coordination, military leave, and short-term disability (STD) programs. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week in our Taunton office and two remote workdays.
