The Leave & Accommodations Manager – North America operates within the Americas People Solutions team, managing processes for Canada and the United States (US) while providing strategic global support in a forward-thinking environment. Our People Solutions team members operate across Argentina, Canada, India, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, and the US, working collaboratively in an agile environment that values operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovative HR solutions. We are committed to developing best practices and adding significant value through advanced process improvements and cutting-edge technology implementations that shape the future of our broader People function strategy. This critical role serves as a senior subject matter expert and process owner, managing the Leave of Absence (LOA) for the US and Canada as well as supporting the global accommodations process. Through close partnership with People Services, Payroll, Benefits, People Advisors, People Relations, Technology, and third-party vendors, the role ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and an employee-centered experience while driving continuous improvement through process optimization, technology enablement, and the responsible use of AI‑enabled solutions.
