The Leasing Specialist will act as a frontline liaison, building strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns, and ensuring resident satisfaction. They will own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding new residents, proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for collecting payments, inspecting the property, and facilitating resident moves and maintenance requests.

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations required.
