About The Position
Sycamore Meadows is seeking a HUD-experienced Leasing Specialist to oversee our apartment community. This role is for a large HUD community in Ypsilanti, MI. The ideal candidate will have five years of HUD experience, the ability to multi-task, and experience in moving assets from distressed status to operational excellence.

- Experience with moving assets from distressed status to operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
- Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
