Requirements
- Leasing or customer service experience
- Strong organization and follow-through

Responsibilities
- Give apartment tours that showcase the community's best features
- Pursue leads, secure leases, and help drive occupancy
- Process applications and prepare lease agreements accurately
- Conduct move-in inspections and welcome new residents
- Plan and support resident events and promotions
- Track market trends and competitor properties to sharpen leasing
- Keep accurate leasing records and support daily office functions
