The Part-Time Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for a community, supporting Community and Leasing Managers in reaching KPI goals. The role provides customer service at the front desk, assists current residents, and supports leasing activities as needed. Duties include handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and assisting the leasing team with tours and application processing. The position calls for strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and writing correspondence and memos.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software.
